Jeanne has been focused specifically on email since 2000 when she was head of email product development for Reed Business Information US, a division of Reed-Elsevier and, at that time, the country’s largest B2B publisher.
Jeanne’s direct response approach to email strategy, tactics and creative direction helps organizations make their email marketing initiatives more effective and more profitable. Clients include Hasbro, Network Solutions, PayPal, Scholastic, Verizon, Vocus and WeightWatchers,
Jeanne is an active member of the Email Experience Council, the Direct Marketing Association’s email marketing arm.
Since 2001 she has written a regular column on Email Marketing (it’s published every other Monday) for ClickZ.com and she authors a monthly post for the Only Influencers blog.
Her book, The Email Marketing Kit: The Ultimate Email Marketer’s Bible, was published by SitePoint in 2007.
Jeanne is a sought-after speaker on email and digital marketing issues for industry conferences and workshops. She developed and taught MarketingSherpa’s Full Day Email Marketing Training Workshops throughout Canada, Germany and the United States in 2010-2011.
